Return and Exchanges
- Our policy lasts 10 days after the order is received. If 10 days have gone by from the date item is received , unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund/exchange.
- If the return/exchange does not pass inspection, it will be mailed back to you. You will have to cover shipping costs.
- Item must be returned in the condition it was originally packaged and sent. Excessive wrinkling, the return is subject to denial. If item is not in same condition it will not be accepted that goes for packaging as well.
- All items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Original tags must be attached.
- Items covered in animal/human hair will NOT be accepted.
- Items that smell differently wont be accepted.
- It may take up to 7 business days for returns to be processed .
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If your return is denied, then it will be sent back to you.

- We do not accept returns for Sale/Clearance items.
- Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are not covered by us.
- If you return an item, shipping cost is NOT refunded.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges after 10 days of order being received and not being shipped back.
